Join us February 5th for Fitness Friday!
12-1pm – Dance Instructor Kristina Sutcliffe is going to be instructing a beginners Hoop Dance Class that will allow you to build a solid foundation for the dance form. All the while, you’ll be toning your abs, back, arms, hip, buns and legs, strengthening and opening your upper back and chest, increasing balance and getting a cardio workout! She will be providing free dance class passes to the studio that she owns, and the store will be doing a drawing for a Hoopnotica Travel Hoop for anyone that participates in the class!
